Kris E. Durmer
Kris E. Durmer is a Director and Shareholder in the firm of Smith-Weiss, Shepard and Durmer, P.C. and Vice President of ABBA Title Company. Mr. Durmer is a referral attorney for several legal service plans including Union Privilege, NEA, and Hyatt Legal and a member of the New Hampshire and Nashua Bar Associations since 1979. He is also a member of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association.
Education
Mr. Durmer graduated from Goffstown High School in Goffstown, NH in 1967 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1971. In 1978, he earned a Juris Doctor degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center and was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. He was admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in 1981.
