Brenda C. Smith-Weiss and Robert M. Shepard have long-standing ties to New Hampshire. This is where they were raised, educated, and now live and practice law. Believing in the importance of giving back to their community, and both are members of various non-profit organizations.

Attorney Brenda C. Smith-Weiss focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate, estate planning, and probate matters including probate administration, guardianships, wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents.
Robert M. Shepard
Attorney Robert M. Shepard focuses his practice on divorce/family law, corporate law, personal injury, real estate and zoning, and civil litigation.
Melissa S. Penson
Attorney Melissa S. Penson focuses her practice on family law and criminal matters, including both juvenile and adult DWI, misdemeanor, and felony cases. She is a member of the New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Florida Bar Associations. Melissa is a referral attorney for the New Hampshire Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service and offers reduced-fee services for: will drafting and estate planning; domestic and criminal matters; and for those facing foreclosure or seeking loan modifications. Melissa is a member of the New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Melissa is also a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association Family Law Section and Children’s Law Section.
